Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We value every purchase made and work really hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. 

The cost of shipping within the United States is as follows:

- Total purchase $0.00- $74.99 = $10.00
- Free Shipping: Total purchase of $75.00 or more after discounts and before sales tax (if applicable).

We will ship Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays, using USPS to ensure you receive your items quickly. Any invoice paid after 12pm CST on Friday-Sunday will be processed in the order they were received the following business day (Monday, unless it's a holiday).

Shipping TAT for all RTS items is 5-7 days after the item is ordered.  

Shipping TAT for all preorders is 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS after that order has arrived to us (unless specified otherwise.) Please carefully read the description of each preorder item for ETA and production details.

• MMB is not responsible for:
  • Delays in shipping due to USPS or UPS
  • Lost packages 
  • International Custom charges
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by USPS or UPS. At this point, please contact your local post office or UPS service center with information regarding your package. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.
  • You will need to dispute any lost packages directly with the postal service.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

• Modern Magnolia is not responsible for a package shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure the address is listed correctly. Orders needed to be re-shipped will be at the expense of the customer. 
• If you notice that the address listed is incorrect after placing an order, please email us at info@modernmagnoliaboutique.com However, because of our quick processing timeline to get the product to our customers as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change to the package.
