Refund policy

Merchandise may ONLY be returned for a store credit. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery (or within 5 days from payment for local customers). All returns must remain unworn and fragrant-free, unwashed and with all tags still intact. All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Store credit expires 90 days following the date issued (example: if credit was issued 06/01/2024, the expiration date will be 09/01/2024). The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling cost of return item(s). Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please allow 3-7 business days to process once a return is received.

If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, were shipped incorrect merchandise or have any questions about your order, please contact us via email at info@shopmodernmagnoliaboutique within 3 business days from receiving your order (if shipped) or within 5 days from order fulfillment date. **Please do NOT send messages via facebook.

We will not replace or refund any orders due to sizing issues or change of interest once your order has been placed and/or shipped to you. You are welcome to purchase a different size/design/style if extras are available.
